MORTAR releases 2019 Year Book

One of the highlights of the MORTAR 5 Year Anniversary Celebration was the release of their 2019 Year Book. The report provides both hard data and stories pointing to the successes of the MORTAR approach, their curriculum and their alumni support. What may not be as obvious is the tremendous amount of work that MORTAR did in the year leading up to this book: revamping their pre-post class surveys as well as the design and implementation of their new Salesforce database. It was inspiring to work with them on this project, especially with Victoria Sumner, MORTAR’s Program and Evaluation Manager. Great work!
